In the current Covid-19 world travelling is difficult, but we would like to invite you on a virtual journey with us - from the comfort of your own home. 

 

Combining our love to travel and vegan food we would like to show you, the unknown face of modern Iran.  

Vegan and healthy traditional dishes, street food and a trip to Rasht - the food capital of Iran. We will show you how Iranians celebrate their major holidays, and what they eat.  We will also discuss their history of food, taking you back to the Persian Empire's eating habits.

 

During our virtual travel we will prepare together 2 dishes - both delicious and hearty Ash Reshteh soup and Kashk-e bademjan (eggplant) dip. 

 

Once you sign up we will send you a list of  all the ingredients (don't worry these are all easy available in your supermarket) , so we can all enjoy our dishes together.

 

We plan this to be an easy going evening,  with presentation, cooking together and informal chats !
