Now, I've got a super easy vegan baked cheesecake recipe that even newbie bakers can nail. Trust me, it's a game-changer!

Baked Vegan Cheesecake

  • 850g hard tofu

  • 150ml soya milk (or any other plant based milk)

  • 60ml coconut oil

  • 3 tablespoons of potato starch

  • Juice from a lemon

  • Juice from an orange

  • 5 tablespoons of maple syrup

  • 80g desiccated coconut

  • Vanilla extract


Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 160C


2. Blend all ingredients until smooth


3. Pour it to a baking form and bake for 60 min at 160C


4. Serve it with chocolate sauce or fruit compote
